Funmi Oyetti is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, deaconess, worshipper and, praise leader at the Redeemed Christian Church of God with an extraordinary way of cutting straight through to the core of her listeners’ emotions. She was born on the 12th of February and sings every month at the Redemption Camp Service as well as everywhere her ministry is required. She’s been an inspiration to many in her fold, and seeking to reach so much more for Christ through her music.
She has two studio albums titled “Atobajaye” and “Praise n Glory” to her credits. All to the glory of God; Her latest single, which will be the first of many more to come is “One Thousand Tongues”. She has come to realize that the more we thank God for all He’s done for us, the more He keeps doing. One thousand tongues can never praise Him enough, still he doesn’t want our tank of praise to be empty before Him.
“One Thousand Tongues” was birthed on the worship altar, while thanking God for His grace and mercy over her life, having just resumed singing officially again after going through a first valley of the shadow of death experience and it took a second experience to understand that God wants it out there to bless and inspire someone to show his/her gratitude to God for all his enormous blessings over us. The song will be available for purchase, streaming and download on all digital music streaming services on the 5th of March, 2021.
